Every one of our employees is a certified Municipal Law Enforcement Officer and is authorized to issue Municipal Parking Infraction Notices (city tickets). All of our patrol officers and supervisors are uniformed and drive well marked company vehicles. Our client reports set the standard for the industry. We provide our clients with a monthly patrol log summary which details the date, time and results of every patrol and detailed invoices for each property being patrolled. Our officers keep detailed notes of all patrol observations and take several digital photos of every vehicle that is served with a warning, ticket or is towed. Your patrol is custom designed to suit your suite and your parking control system.
Photos
Every time an officer issues a warning, a Municipal ticket or tows an unauthorized vehicle, multiple digital images are recorded in order to validate the ticket. These images are part of our officers’ evidence for court and can be used for dispute resolutions. These images are available to our clients allowing them the opportunity to end complaints with a simple undeniable image. Types of Services we provide
Epic Parking Control Services provides parking enforcement services for a diverse selection of sites. We are able to enforce every control model the property currently utilizes.
Parking Enforcement
Our officers can attend your site on a mutually agreed frequency to enforce compliance with your parking regulations and your parking control system by issuing warnings, invoices or tickets (depending on your jurisdiction).
Visitor Permit Management Systems
We currently offer the full spectrum of visitor parking management systems from simple paper permits through Pay & Display machines. We feature our proprietary E.P.I.C.S. (Epic Parking Information Control System) which allows visitors to register automatically by phone without the issuance of a paper permit or the involvement of building staff in any way.
Signage
Every property we service must meet the local municipal signage requirements in order to enforce the parking bylaws. We conduct signage reviews on the property to ensure they are in an acceptable state for tagging and/or towing in accordance with bylaws for that jurisdiction
Service Calls
The quickest way for one of our customers to remove an unauthorized vehicle would be to place a service call to Epic. If there are unauthorized vehicles (which include vehicles that park in loading zones/fire routes/driveways/reserved zones i.e. tenant parking, etc.) call Epic Parking Control Services and we will dispatch a Municipal Law Enforcement Officer to ticket and/or tow the vehicle on an agreed priority basis.
Patrols
We offer both regularly scheduled and random patrols of properties. Patrols include:
Attendance on site by a fully uniformed Municipal Law Enforcement Officer in a well marked patrol vehicle. Inspection of the signage and parking equipment on site to ensure compliance with local municipal Bylaws.
Inspection of all vehicles on site to ensure compliance with posted parking conditions. Appropriate enforcements measures will be taken against non-compliant vehicles. Officer will log arrival and departure times as well as enforcement measures taken.
