Mississauga

(payment must be received by this office within 10 business days of the date of issue of the Parking Infraction Notice). I wish to exercise the early payment option and I enclose the amount of the early payment indicated on the front of this notice.

How to Make Your Payment

Post dated cheques or payments by instalments will not be accepted. Do not send cash by mail. Write the Parking Infraction Notice number on the front of your cheque or money order and make payable to:
The Corporation of the City of Mississauga.

3. TRIAL OPTION

You or your agent must attend in person at the Ontario Court of Justice, 950 Burnhamthorpe Road West, Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm to file a Notice of Intention to Appear in Court. Following this, a Notice of Trial will be mailed to you advising you of the trial date at the Ontario Court of Justice (Provincial Offences Office), 950 Burnhamthorpe Road West, Mississauga (See Notice of Trial for confirmation)

4. FIRST ATTENDANCE OPTION

By appointment only. If you or your agent wish to meet with First Attendance Administrator to discuss your ticket you must book an appointment by telephoning the Parking Enforcement Office, Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Telephone: 905-896-5678.

B. I intend to challenge the evidence of the officer who completed the parking infraction notice. If you indicated “No” above, the officer may not attend and the prosecutor may rely on certified statements as evidence against you.

Toronto

Important Notice – Please Read Carefully. DO NOT take this notice to a police station. If you do not pay the voluntary payment amount if one is shown on the front of the notice, within 7 days OR pay the set fine amount within 15 days at one of the locations listed OR if you do not appear for your trial, you will be deemed not to dispute this charge and a conviction may be entered against you. Upon conviction you will be required to pay the set fine plus court costs. An administrative fee is payable if the fine goes into default. The information may be provided to a credit bureau and/or a collection agency, if the appropriate amount is not received within the prescribed time.

Tickets issued by Epic

How can I tell if a ticket was issued by Epic?

• In Brampton look for a stamp stating ‘Epic Parking Control Services Inc. 905-897-PARK (7275)’ on the back of the ticket.
• In Mississauga look for officer numbers starting with ’27-‘ at the bottom of the ticket just above the officer’s name.
• In Oakville...
• In Toronto look for ‘W67’ listed under unit at the bottom of the ticket beside the officer’s signature.
